Puglia Uncovered is run by Antonio Marchese, an SEO specialist from the province of Brindisi with 30 years exploring the region; guides are based on first-hand visits. The site is reader-supported through affiliate links (accommodation, experiences, car hire) and a wedding listing service - recommendations are independent and couples are never charged. The site is published in two languages: English at the root, and a full German edition under /de/ (since July 2026), linked page by page with hreflang. In English the region is referred to as "Puglia" (not "Apulia"); in German it is "Apulien".
